Information We Collect

We collect your account details (name, email), authentication data, your selected jurisdiction and plan, and the questions and documents you submit for research and analysis. Documents uploaded for analysis are processed to generate insights and are not retained as files.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to provide legal-information services, route your questions to the appropriate specialist agent, process subscription billing, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

AI Processing

Questions and documents are processed by AI models to generate educational legal information. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data you would not want processed by a third-party model.

Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. Research history and generated documents are stored under your account and can be removed on request. Uploaded files are processed transiently.

Your Privacy Controls

You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time. You control which jurisdiction is associated with your plan and what content you submit.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
